PiYo in the Park by Fitness Unlimited


PiYo is a low impact workout that combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of Pilates with the flexibility and strength benefits of yoga. Instructor Samantha Dufreshe-Cox will lead this free class open to both new and experienced students.
