October 5th Meeting Minutes - Formation Meeting
Meeting was called to order on October 5th by Walter Hubley with volunteers in attendance.
Bylaws were presented and approved.
Officers:

- Vice President: Kathryn Hubley
- Treasurer: Walter Hubley
Additional officers will be sought out and appointed over time.
Action to establish an EIN #, Articles of Organization, and a bank account were approved.
